Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible without penalty up to 48 hours before the arrival date. For cancellations after this period, a penalty of 1 night's stay will be charged.

A credit card is required to guarantee the booking. No charges will be made on the card; it is only for guarantee purposes.
Payment can be made:

- Online payment: request a link via email at groups@airportcityplaza.com
Registration Fee
The fee for data transfer regarding the stay of foreign citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation is 350 rubles per guest who is a foreign citizen.
