On September 23, a ceremony was held at the 26th International Exhibition "Radioelectronics and Instrumentation" to sign a letter of intent between the Marine Technical University (SPbGMTU) and the company Lenpoligrafmash.
The document was signed by Denis Kuznetsov, Vice-Rector for Research at SPbGMTU, and Denis Golub, General Director of JSC Lenpoligrafmash.
Under the agreement, the parties plan to develop scientific and methodological collaboration in the field of instrumentation. Cooperation will take place utilizing the production facilities of Lenpoligrafmash and the SPbGMTU Instrumentation Technology Center.
The parties intend to exchange information, hold discussions, and establish working groups to address tasks efficiently. A key area of focus is joint research and development (R&D) activities, as well as the preparation of applications for state funding.
Furthermore, the agreement outlines cooperation in the educational sphere, specifically regarding assistance with the employment of SPbGMTU graduates at Lenpoligrafmash, the organization of targeted training programs, student internships, and joint career-oriented events. The parties also intend to incorporate Russian-developed technologies into specialist training and retraining programs.
At the "Radioelectronics and Instrumentation" exhibition, the SPbGMTU Instrumentation Technology Center showcased several developments: the "UNLAB" universal laboratory station; a hardware-software system for automating acceptance tests of marine power plants; a device for diagnosing operational status and assessing vibration isolation efficiency; oscilloscope boards; a universal controller; and a dynamometric attachment.
